About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager – Residential Builders - Vic West to join our team based in Melbourne.
Reporting to the National Residential Construction Sales Manager, your role will focus on building strong partnerships with our clients to help identify new business opportunities and grow market share throughout your defined territory and customer groups. The management of both the marketing and sales activities for your territory, with the goal of positioning ASSA ABLOY Australia as the business partner of choice for both residential builders and their trade partners will be a key focus for this role. As required, there will be opportunities to educate our distributors' sales staff on ASSA ABLOY products and programs.
About You
With solid experience in successful sales, business development, and/or key account manager experience, you will enter the role with a proven track record of achieving sales and growth goals. You will be experienced in field sales and be at ease with motivating, persuading, and influencing decision makers in order to build new business and maintain existing customers. You will also have proven abilities in achieving results, demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills, and will be financially astute in your undertakings.
