Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Leader seeking a new challenge where you can leverage your leadership skills to drive high performance and make a lasting impact?

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creating a structured work environment, coaching and mentoring team members, and setting ambitious sales targets.

As our Automotive Retail Floor Manager, you will lead a talented team across multiple brands, developing and implementing best-in-class processes that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

You will step into a modern, well-equipped showroom environment with a supportive senior leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Sales Consultants to achieve exceptional sales results.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide regular coaching and mentoring sessions to help team members improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient processes for enquiry handling, appraisals, CRM management, delivery, and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain high showroom standards, manage demo fleets, and ensure stock readiness to create a positive customer experience.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales KPIs to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with OEMs and marketing teams to develop effective stock strategies and local campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Sales Management Experience: Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail dealership environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to energize and motivate the team, build strong relationships, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Sales Process Discipline: Strong understanding of sales process principles and CRM utilization to drive sales growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to manage multi-brand, high-volume sales operations efficiently and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Customer Focus: A professional, proactive, and customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
