Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Professional to join our team. As an Asset Manager, you will play a key role in the implementation of logistics and asset-related tasks for Defence Maritime programs.

This is a permanent position offering uncapped training and development opportunities as well as other benefits including flexible working arrangements and various leave options.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advisory services on asset management to the executive team.
  • Develop a comprehensive program of work to enhance company asset management practices and maturity.
  • Conduct a thorough assessment and gap analysis of existing asset management practices against the ISO:55000 framework.
  • Define asset management objectives and performance measures.
  • Develop an asset management plan covering all aspects of the capability lifecycle.
  • Establish communication channels and processes relating to asset management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise asset environments and capability lifecycles.
  • Proven expertise in inventory systems across multiple functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process-oriented with attention to detail.
  • NV1 security clearance required (Australian citizen).
