About the Role
As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects across Australia, gaining valuable experience and exposure to different aspects of the mining industry. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you throughout your journey.
Throughout your two-year program, you can expect to gain up to two 12-month rotations, providing you with diverse experiences and a broad range of skills.

Key Responsibilities
Learn new skills, adapt quickly to changing environments, solve complex problems and think critically
Analyse data, work collaboratively as part of a team, innovate and propose creative solutions
Communicate effectively, relocate to various sites and projects as required by the program rotations

Requirements
Hold a relevant bachelor's degree or related discipline
Demonstrated a GPA of 4.5 or higher
A keen interest in the mining industry
A driver's licence and ability to travel to site
