Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic professional to support our clients and their families, delivering high-quality care and making a real impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, pleasant, professional customer service in a confident manner coupled with a genuine customer service focus.
  • Handle any customer complaints and deliver a resolution.
  • Accurate data entry into our software including client service agreements, service agreements, and budget-related information.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory obligations.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, internal staff members, and external service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Business (or similar).
  • Proven experience in an administration, office, or scheduling role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software is desirable.
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (we will organize via WorkPro at no cost).
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination.
