We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operational Excellence Manager to lead shift-to-shift operations and performance of our factory, managing a team of up to 8.

You will ensure safe and efficient operation of extrusion lines and production areas, achieving quality outputs and products that meet all standards and customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage shift-to-shift operations and performance of the factory.
  • Lead and develop a health and safety culture for the team.
  • Provide leadership and supervision for the team on shift.
  • Engage and motivate the team, working together to solve issues.
  • Support operators in their learning, development, and competency across production KPIs, continuous improvement, safety, and quality practices.

About You:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in FMCG/continuous batch manufacturing/heavy industrial operations.
  • Mechanical aptitude with a willingness to work hands-on while leading a team.
  • Ability to set and align balanced operational priorities with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, throughput, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication across workplace diversity.
  • Excellent time management, sense of urgency, and results-focused approach to meet daily production KPIs and targets.
  • Demonstrated collaborative style and cross-functional engagement.
  • Licensed: High Risk Work licence (Forklift) and own transport and driver's licence.
