Agriculture Training Opportunity

We are seeking experienced trainers to deliver high-quality training in the agriculture industry, helping farm owners grow their business through employee upskilling.

About This Role

This opportunity is for qualified trainers who can effectively train and assess students in agriculture-related courses, utilizing blended learning environments such as workplace, online, classroom, and virtual platforms.

Our team values training in a safe environment, whether face-to-face or remote. We currently have immediate opportunities for trainers in:

  • Certificate I in Agriculture
  • Certificate III in Agriculture
  • Certificate IV in Agriculture

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • The current TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a relevant qualification with the TAELLN411 and TAEASS502 units
  • Hold a qualification equal to or above the level of delivery of training
  • Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment provided
  • High-level interpersonal skills, including good communication, motivation, and empowering skills
  • Experience as a trainer and assessor in blended learning environments (workplace, online, classroom, and Zoom/Teams)
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
