Provide friendly and helpful service to every customer who visits us, ensuring their experience counts.
Assist customers in finding the right products and offer expert tips to turn their DIY dreams into reality.
Work effectively as part of a team to manage stock efficiently, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and provide excellent service at checkout registers.

To be able to approach, connect, and confidently interact with customers
An enthusiasm for learning about products and services and the readiness to lend a hand across different areas of the store
