Mental Health Leadership Role

Job Description:
The Mental Health Manager will provide strategic leadership to the Mental Health Team, focusing on integration activities across mental health and suicide prevention. This includes leading coordinated approaches to suicide prevention services, aftercare strategies, and ensuring adherence to best practice and clinical governance policies.
This role requires expertise in reviewing and providing advice on the design, implementation, delivery, and performance of mental health and suicide prevention services and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading integration activities across mental health and suicide prevention
- Coordinating suicide prevention services and aftercare strategies
- Reviewing and advising on service performance and initiative effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant degree and postgraduate qualifications in health or mental health are essential, accompanied by a minimum 3 years' experience in management or strategic planning roles. Significant demonstrated experience in successfully managing multi-stakeholder projects or programs is also required.
