About the RoleThis is a full-time position available from 31 January 2025 until 19 December 2025. The successful applicant will be required to teach one of the following subjects: English, Religious Education, Science, Mathematics, HSIE, and PD/H/PE.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment based on the principles of Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L).
- Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.
- Plan and implement effective teaching and learning strategies in Key Learning Areas (KLAs).
- Use a range of assessment strategies to inform student learning and progress.
- Demonstrate commitment to engaging professionally with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
- Appropriate qualifications for teaching nominated Key Learning Area(s).
- Level B Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
- Registration to teach with NESA.
