Glass Factory Operations Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to oversee and manage production processes in our glass factory.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and control systems, ensuring efficient, high-quality production of up to 200,000 tonnes of Queensland glass per year.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the production, quality, and inspection/packaging processes within the Cold End/Packaging area.
- Operate and maintain automated machinery and systems, guaranteeing that glass products meet quality standards and production targets.
- Proven experience in operating automated machinery or production lines, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
