About the Role
Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our elite sales team in the Prosthetic Urology division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve annual revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training, research, and engagement opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends, products, and technologies to provide expert advice and support to customers.
- Represent Boston Scientific values and integrity in all interactions with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Commercial experience with a proven track record of success in sales or business development.
- Prior experience in the medical devices industry, particularly in urology, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting changing business needs.
