We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to operate machinery in a fast-paced environment.

The Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within quality and performance standards
  • Complete quality control checks online
  • Maintain cleanliness of process areas to meet company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria
The Requirements for Success
  • Previous experience operating automated machines in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and solve quality problems
  • Understanding of team, safety, and quality principles in a food manufacturing environment
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
