Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our support team as Support Workers.

About The Role

In this dynamic role, you will provide daily tasks prescribed in the client's care plan, including:

  • Assisting clients with personal care needs
  • Providing tailored support to maximise dignity and independence
  • Observing and reporting changes in clients' condition
  • Completing and updating participant documentation and care plans
  • Assisting clients with mobility and communication needs
  • Supporting clients in their social and recreational life

Requirements:

To be eligible, applicants must have relevant experience in the health/disability/aged care sector.

Essential Documents:

Applicants must provide identification documents, including a current First Aid Certificate, Manual Handling completion, Police check, Working with Vulnerable People Registration, driver's license, and visa.
