Senior IT System Implementation Consultant

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale IT system implementation project. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for undertaking the investigation, collation, analysis and evaluation of Program and Project issues.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct research and analysis of business and ICT needs and document related operational, functional and technical requirements/ changes
  • Actively consult with all relevant stakeholders, subject matter experts and key technical staff across relevant programs, projects and business units and participate in requirement workshops, surveys, interviews, site visits and document reviews
  • Capture business requirements using formal methodologies

Additionally, you will assist the Project Manager (PM) in identifying, raising and capturing project risks and issues, provide timely and accurate reporting on project milestones, problems and/or solutions and carry out quality assurance of processes as required.

You will also have the opportunity to articulate the requirements to developers and contribute to project documents. Your experience in facilitating workshops/meetings and project delivery phase will be highly valued.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, planning and organisational skills and the ability to drive deliverables to timely completion.

A 37.5 hour week and competitive pay rate are on offer.
