Senior Caregiver

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support.
Job Description:
- Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining their independence, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist and enable residents to complete activities according to their individual care plans.
- Support 'Hotel Services' by checking residents' daily menu requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive and proactive work ethic.
- Certificate III in Ageing / Individual Support (or currently working towards).
- Previous experience in Aged Care (preferred but not essential).
- Genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents.
- Reliability to work to a roster with set shifts.
- Basic computer skills.

Essential Requirements:
- NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain).
- Proof of Work rights in Australia.
- Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose).
- Proof of Flu vaccination (current year).
