Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Caregiver for Seniors. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with daily living tasks such as mealtimes, outings, and personal care.
  • Assist with activities that promote physical and mental well-being, including exercise classes, arts and crafts, and social events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Gather feedback from residents and families to inform care planning and activity development.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to plan and implement resident-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in aged care or a related field.
  • Previous experience working in aged care or a similar setting.
  • First Aid Certificate and Australian driver's license preferred.
