About the Role

We are seeking two exceptional individuals to join our team as Store Managers at Black Star Pastry. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold the quality and consistency standards of Black Star Pastry.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including rostering, ordering, team management, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
About You

We are looking for individuals who possess 2-3 years of hospitality experience, with a proven track record of leadership and customer service skills. You should be able to radiate authenticity and a positive energy, and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to give constructive feedback and have tough conversations when necessary. You should also be able to solve problems and think critically, with a deep love for cake being a bonus
