Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Seniors to join our team at Aged Care GP in Boronia. This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

This position involves providing high-quality personal care to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being to our seniors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and personalized support to our residents.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care Work) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Ability to work independently within the scope of practice
  • Commitment to follow RN In Charge directives
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with a positive work attitude
  • Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of older adults
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, hygiene and care
