Job Title:

Data and Configuration Management Professional

Our organization is seeking a skilled Data and Configuration Management Professional to join our team. This role will play a key part in supporting the lifecycle of Australia's armoured and tactical vehicles.

This professional will be responsible for managing data and configuration processes, maintaining accurate baselines, and controlling change throughout vehicle lifecycle phases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support configuration management processes for land vehicle systems by maintaining accurate baselines and controlling change.
  • Plan, document and schedule project Configuration Control Boards.
  • Collect, verify and control configuration data from engineering, maintenance and operational sources to support fleet readiness.
  • Maintain and provide quality assurance of data records.
  • Provide support to obtain technical certification for various Mission System upgrades.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years defence-related experience in data and configuration management with a focus on land vehicle platforms or complex Defence systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Defence Configuration Management policies.
  • Proven experience with Configuration Management Tools such as CMT-L, TeamCentre or ERP.
  • JIRA experience is desirable.
