Senior Account Manager - Mid Market

This is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level as a Senior Account Manager in our Mid Market segment.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts to retain existing business and identify new opportunities. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver personalized solutions.

You will also engage with multiple stakeholders, including IT, Business Unit heads, C-suite, and internal teams to manage service delivery, resolve issues, and seize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular proactive customer visits and online meetings to build relationships and understand needs.
  • Manage service delivery and resolve issues by collaborating with support teams.
  • Develop and update territory and account plans aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Requirements
  1. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  3. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  4. Proven track record of success in sales or account management roles.
