Job Title: Front Desk Officer
About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient front desk service, ensuring all visitors and clients receive a positive first impression of the centre.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, and assist with client inquiries to support the smooth operation of the centre.
Duties include:
- Managing front desk operations and ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Coordinating appointments and managing scheduling systems;
- Providing information and assistance to clients regarding policies and procedures;
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of administration and customer service principles.
Education and qualifications may include:
- A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent;
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
