Senior Collection Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Performance Manager to join our team. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Account Representatives (ARs), ensuring activity levels and service quality are achieved.
- Leading and performance management of team members to drive team targets and personal targets.
- Capturing and coaching team members in the use of business tools including workflow, skip tracing and profiling tools.
- Driving a team culture focused on knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Providing technical expertise and support to all team members in all areas of collections and call escalation assistance.
- Continued process improvement and innovation in recovery methods.
- Fostering client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading, mentoring and developing teams, with previous team leadership experience from within a collections environment being highly desirable.
You will also have extensive knowledge of debt recovery methods, tools and approaches, as well as a dynamic approach to managing team performance and engaging with individuals to achieve consistently positive outcomes.
