Job Title: MineStar Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a MineStar Site Manager. This role provides an opportunity to work with a complex project in Indonesia, partnering with a Caterpillar Dealer and their customer at a remote mine site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of highly skilled site-based employees, maintaining key site performance metrics, and partnering with the MineStar for Underground Product Support team. They will also develop new products and services to meet the customer's current and future needs, prioritize and implement strategies to address customer needs, and advise on strategic direction for proper equipment selection.

This is a Fly-in-Fly-out role based in Indonesia, with a commencing roster of 2 weeks on-site and 1 week off. The successful candidate must be able to meet the requirements for a KTAS Visa for Indonesia.

To be successful in this role, you will require a university degree in Mining Engineering or a related field, experience with CAT MineStar Technology, and relevant experience in technology or mining fields. You will also need strong customer focus skills, consulting skills, effective communication skills, problem-solving skills, and relationship management skills.
