Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Client Success and Business Development Lead to join our team at Edrolo. As a key member of our sales function, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and promoting our education technology solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include leading the development and execution of sales strategies, building strong relationships with client schools, and collaborating with our Client Success Managers to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with client schools, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor our sales approach and deliver targeted solutions
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Pitch Edrolo's resources to existing and prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing objections
  • Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance
Requirements
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in the education sector or similar industries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a keen sense of market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
