Senior Care Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team in a beautiful regional location. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the ongoing success and development of our residential aged care facility.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in operational management, finance and human resources, with a strong track record in achieving financial budgets and implementing quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality person-centred care, maximising revenue and maintaining accreditation standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations and management of the service
  • Maintaining occupancy levels through community engagement
  • Financial and HR management
  • Motivating and developing team members
  • Ensuring compliance and quality indicators are met
