Warehouse Operations Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Welshpool. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless warehouse operations.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records. You will be working closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service - Provide outstanding service to customers by responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Warehouse Operations - Assist with receiving, unpacking, and processing inventory, as well as packing and shipping orders to meet tight deadlines.
  • Inventory Management - Maintain accurate inventory records, identify discrepancies, and report them to management.
  • Stock Control - Ensure that stock is properly stored, secured, and managed to prevent damage or loss.
  • Team Collaboration - Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
