Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to lead our preschool team. This role is ideal for an educator with over 1 year of experience, who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for their transition to school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF
  • Creating engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments for preschool children
  • Documenting and assessing children's learning and development
  • Building strong partnerships with families, children, and colleagues
  • Supporting the centre team to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with the NQF and VECTEA standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Current VIT Registration (provisional or full)
  • At least 1+ year experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQF
  • WWCC (Working With Children Check) for WA
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
