Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented professional to lead our testing practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Testing Leadership: Develop and implement effective strategies for testing, engineering, and implementation teams, ensuring adherence to established testing processes and methodologies. Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive improvement and ensure tools are configured to support team needs.
  • Practice Management: Utilize expertise in leading a testing team or practice, as well as project management skills, to support development planning lifecycle and contribute to business case development.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Leverage tools and reporting platforms to build monitoring techniques, ensuring compliance with established framework, and develop management frameworks for escalations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with technology leaders to foster a collaborative environment, indirectly leading teams and building a culture of collaboration.
  • Strategy & Planning Support: Provide strategic input into product build, implementation, and run processes, ensuring planned and executed with right resource support models.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a testing team or practice.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions including hardware, software, and networking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencer, and relationship management skills.
