Job Title: Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our ICT operations, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of our systems and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide Level 1 (Basic) support for all our products, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  2. Maintain and administer DCR and SDTE infrastructure and endpoints, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  3. Audit and manage assets, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize our technology stack.
  4. Contribute to the evaluation and testing of new technologies, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
  5. Participate in support request triage, working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve complex issues.
  6. Ensure compliance with our Maintenance Management System, conducting regular checks and audits to guarantee adherence to best practices.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in IT Administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience with physical and virtual network devices, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Prior experience working on ADF systems and networks, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • A current NV2 security clearance, or willingness to undergo clearance processing.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, including threat analysis and mitigation.
