About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team as the ePCR Solution Technical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and documenting comprehensive technical testing requirements for the ePCR Solution, creating detailed Test Plans and Test Scripts, and coordinating and executing the Test Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and document technical testing requirements for the ePCR Solution
  • Create detailed Test Plans and Test Scripts
  • Coordinate and execute the Test Plan
  • Manage the production of Defect Lists, System Performance Reports, and Test Summaries
  • Provide expert advice on interpreting testing outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical support models and documentation
  • Manage the creation of Knowledge Management System articles and Operational Support Guides
About the ePCR Solution

The ePCR system will streamline the way paramedics record patient information, improving the accuracy and efficiency of care provided during emergencies. It will allow paramedics to enter patient observations and care details directly into a digital platform, accessible in real-time.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in technical testing and documentation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
