Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, motivating the team, and providing daily guidance on handling customer service queries.

About the Role

The Team Leader will oversee task allocation, rosters, training, and performance metrics. They will also handle escalated queries and support service delivery excellence. Additionally, they will coach and support team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
