We are seeking a skilled professional to support the execution of our commercial strategy for Mass Spectrometry across Australia and New Zealand.

About this role
  • Technical Subject Matter Expert for Roche Mass Spectrometry solutions
  • Engage with customers during the sales process and bring projects through planning, implementation, testing, and into a live system
  • Lead product evaluations and support the Service team in IT and service-related issues remotely or at customer sites
Key responsibilities
  • Deliver software upgrades and be involved in site system design and implementations
  • Provide consultation on solutions, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of Mass Spectrometry products to ensure goals and objectives are installed and integrated
  • Support the Sales and Marketing team in Mass Spectrometry products during sales/marketing visits when required
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Science/Laboratory Science with special emphasis on Mass Spectrometry
  • At least 5 years' experience working in related fields within the Australian Medical Diagnostic Industry
  • Demonstrated Laboratory experience in Mass Spectrometry
