Lead Software Architect - AI and Cloud Expertise

We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Software Architect to drive technical excellence in our engineering organization. As a key member of our product trio, you will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with Product and Design leaders to architect scalable solutions and drive technical strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex business problems, design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, and champion the integration of advanced agentic AI across our engineering workflows and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deliver complex systems at scale, leveraging full-stack development expertise and AI/ML system knowledge.
  • Drive technical strategy across product areas, defining technical architecture and engineering standards.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI developments, including LLMs and agentic AI, and integrate them into our engineering workflows and product capabilities.
  • Mentor and develop senior engineers and engineering managers, fostering technical excellence and growth across the organization.
  • Represent engineering in executive discussions and external technical communities.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in software engineering and proven technical leadership roles.
  • Expert-level technical skills, including AI/ML system knowledge and experience with agentic AI.
  • Full-cycle engineering experience, with ability to drive complex, multi-team initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills, with ability to drive alignment across executive leadership and technical teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in C#, .Net Core, TypeScript, and related technologies.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL DBs (AWS DocumentDB).
  • Experience building scalable, high-performance, and secure APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, TeamCity, and Jenkins.
