Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Program Delivery team.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of civil and road projects, ensuring governance, contract and procurement compliance. They will also provide advice and support across the Program Delivery team, contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, and ensure that projects meet safety, budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver civil and road projects as part of the Program Delivery team.
- Manage projects in line with council's project management processes, ensuring governance, contract and procurement compliance.
- Provide advice and support across the Program Delivery team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Ensure projects meet safety, budget and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experienced project manager with a proven track record in delivering civil and road projects.
- Strong skills in contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and construction management.
- Solid knowledge of relevant codes, standards and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage competing priorities, and confidence in negotiating with contractors and consultants.
- Positive attitude, alignment with council's values, and ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
