We are seeking an experienced and skilled trainer and assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an Advanced Diploma of Event Management and a strong background in training and assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to students, utilizing interactive and engaging teaching methods
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback, using evidence-based assessment tools and techniques
  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with industry needs, ensuring they meet the requirements of relevant regulatory bodies
Requirements:
  • Advanced Diploma of Event Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications, demonstrating a strong understanding of event management principles and practices
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) along with TAEASS502 and TAELLN401 units, showcasing expertise in training and assessment methodologies
  • Relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs and assessing student performance
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
  • Previous VET training experience with international students, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and adaptability
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Event Management experience, preferably with a focus on training and assessment (1 year preferred)
  • Training and Assessment Certificate, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in training and assessment methodologies
