About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coordinator to lead our dynamic team at Guardian Angels' OSHC in Ashmore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service.
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment, building strong relationships with children, families, and school staff.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our service.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in OSHC or a similar field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive and enriching experience for children.
