Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Assistant Coordinator to join our vibrant OSHC service in Clear Island Waters.
This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on support with dedicated administration time, working closely with the Coordinator to deliver engaging and inclusive educational programs.
We are situated in St. Vincent's Primary School and provide care for children from prep to grade six. Our children love being outdoors, so if you are a superstar athlete or have a passion for nurturing the environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of our service.
- Plan and deliver educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Manage staff rostering and provide leadership to the team, promoting a safe and welcoming environment.
- Oversee administration tasks, including fee collection and financial management.
- Promote our service within the community, aligning with our Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality care within an Outside School Hours Care setting.
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
