About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand, building relationships with key referrers, and achieving maximum occupancy and Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) sales. This is a critical role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This role involves conducting residential tours, negotiating with families to achieve favorable financial outcomes, and preparing Resident Agreements prior to admission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and/or customer service, demonstrated business development experience, and a broad understanding of issues affecting the elderly community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct residential tours and provide information about our facilities and services.
  • Negotiate with families to achieve favorable financial outcomes.
  • Prepare Resident Agreements prior to admission.

  • Liaise with Residence Managers and other key personnel to ensure seamless admissions processes.
