Key Responsibilities
  • Lead guest experience initiatives to ensure memorable stays and great dining experiences.
  • Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Recruit, train, and welcome new F&B team members, promoting a positive company culture.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hospitality or F&B management.
  • Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership qualities, with a willingness to assist colleagues and maintain high communication levels with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
  • Relevant certifications such as RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) are essential.
  • Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
