Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards, and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
  • A passion for the industry and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • A valid RSA and Approved Managers card
