Key Responsibilities
  • Lead web architecture across growth flows, dashboards, admin tooling
  • Own cross-cutting initiatives from UX to performance and accessibility
  • Drive best practices and shared systems across squads
  • Collaborate deeply with product and design to bring bold ideas to life
  • Support engineers through mentorship and design reviews
