Warehouse Associate - Manufacturing and Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, checking, and storing goods and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move goods around the warehouse.
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks, as well as receiving and checking goods against delivery dockets.
  • Preparing and dispatching goods and required documentation to customers.
  • Participating in regular cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse area.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment is always maintained and adhering to compliance with policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar warehousing position or a desire to develop a career within manufacturing, warehousing, stores, and logistics.
  • Year 12 Higher School Certificate and/or qualifications/experience in Logistics & Warehousing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and willing to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment.
  • Valid driver's license and forklift ticket.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
