Logistics and Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

The Logistics and Warehouse Associate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves working efficiently and maintaining focus to meet daily targets and deadlines. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing customer orders with high accuracy and speed
  • Operating a forklift for loading and unloading deliveries
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and order accuracy
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain focus in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Strong team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Previous warehouse or order picking experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25 kg
  • Valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
