The Visual Merchandiser plays a pivotal role in ensuring the visual aesthetic of our stores aligns with global standards.

  • Drive sales and revenue growth by effectively implementing visual merchandising strategies that showcase products in an attractive manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute visual merchandising initiatives and brand activations that resonate with customers.
  • Represent the brand by amplifying its values and mission through every decision and action.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to store management to drive commercial success.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.
  • Foster a sales-focused culture by championing product knowledge, training, and customer service excellence.
  • Role model selling and service expectations by actively engaging with customers while maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain the store's appearance in accordance with global visual merchandising guidelines, prioritizing commercial appeal.
  • Support retail and marketing initiatives through store events, brand activations, artist collaborations, community engagement, and experimental zones.
  • Develop and coach the store floor team on VM standards and commercial acumen to ensure consistent execution.
  • Optimize space management by analyzing data, updating floor plans, and allocating fixtures to enhance product presentation and improve KPIs.
  • Ensure windows and ISC are presented impeccably, including mannequin dressing, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming, and price communication.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and positive work environment by promoting open feedback and living the brand's values within the store team.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand-led activations, collaborations, and campaigns by undergoing necessary training in advance of launch dates.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualities:

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written (additional languages are an asset).
  • At least 1 year's experience working as a visual merchandiser in a customer-centric retail environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating an inspirational attitude that fosters a positive team dynamic.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions in diverse groups.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members, setting high performance standards.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Technologically savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Knowledgeable about store KPIs to make informed commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment.
