The role of a Visual Merchandiser is crucial in creating an engaging and impactful visual presentation for our customers.

- Execute visual merchandising and brand elements within the Pacific market calendar and Brand Centre activations, maintaining commerciality and aesthetic appeal.
- Represent the adidas brand with inspiring visual displays, amplifying the brand's presence through every decision and action.
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to store management, driving growth and innovation.
- Analyze data to inform commercial decisions, ensuring sound analysis and financial acumen.
- Sell and service culture champion, promoting sales execution strategies, product knowledge & training, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example on the sales floor while undertaking visual merchandising tasks, embodying selling & service expectations.
- Present stores in accordance with adidas' visual merchandising guidelines, focusing on commerciality and aesthetics.
- Support Retail and Brand Marketing initiatives, including store events, brand activations, artist collaborations, community events, and experimental zones.
- Train and coach Halo store floor team members on VM standards and commerciality for consistent flawless execution.
- Manage space allocation and floor plan updates based on product movement and space management analysis.
- Minimum 1 year's experience as a visual merchandiser in a customer and commercial-focused branded retail environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Effective working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel software packages.
