Job Title

As a dedicated Care Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering essential services that facilitate independent living, health, wellness, and happiness in the community.

We have various roles available, accommodating flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle. Each client is unique, with individual preferences, and you will help them learn new skills, find hobbies, and achieve goals by facilitating activities and providing social support.

You provide personal care tasks, including lifting, mobility, grooming, and other essential daily needs. Additionally, you transport clients to access medical and specialist appointments.

You will become a trusted partner, providing warmth and sunshine to clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to clients
  • Transport clients to medical and specialist appointments
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Facilitate activities and promote social interaction among clients

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Health Service Assistance/Individual Support/Aged Care/Community
  • Previous employment experience in aged care or community services industry
  • Basic computer skills to operate tablet devices alongside accurate documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and report as required to supervisor
