Design Development Specialist

The role involves utilizing Archicad software to create design sketches and assess proposals against site restrictions, zoning regulations, and planning overlays.

Seeking an experienced individual who can produce compliant design solutions and working drawings for on-site use.

  • Prepare detailed drawings including construction details
  • Evaluate designs to ensure quality and compliance with building practices

Key requirements include experience using Archicad, understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, and construction techniques. A minimum of Cert IV in Residential Drafting is also required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as well-developed problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
