Job Description

We are a leading provider of integrated services, including cleaning and security services in retail centers and airports throughout Australia.

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality client-focused security services. Your duties include providing exceptional customer service, identifying potential risks, reporting incidents, responding to medical and security emergencies, and developing professional relationships with emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Record and report incidents
  • Respond to medical and security emergencies
  • Develop strong relationships with emergency services

Requirements:

  • Certified First Aid and CPR training
  • Current Security License and Crowd Control License
  • Effective communication skills
  • Well-developed client service skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
