Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Project Coordinator to join our team. As one of Australia's fastest-growing design and construct enterprises, we combine a fresh approach with decades of expertise.

In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional project outcomes to customers on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed scopes of work and manage project administration including correspondence, agendas, and reports.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure required approvals are obtained and manage project risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status, and ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards.
Key Requirements
  • A genuine passion for the construction industry and tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience as a Project Coordinator, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment, with exposure to various medium-to-large scale projects.
  • A strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.
  • Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
